- Privacy requests, such as deleting an account or someone's answers: [email protected].

- If you answered a survey, the organization that sent it controls your answers, so ask them first.
Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools
The steps for each AI tool are on your Profile in the app, under Connect with your AI tool. In Claude, add it from Claude's connector directory. Elsewhere, the server address is https://app.ai-adoption-score.app/mcp, and it signs in with OAuth, so leave any client ID and secret empty. More about what it reads in Connect with AI (MCP).
I can't add it in Claude. On Claude Team or Enterprise, an Owner adds it for the organization first; until then you see Request.
It connected the wrong account. The AI tool connects whoever is signed in to the app in the browser it opens. Sign in to the app as the right person, then connect again.
It asks me to sign in again. Its access renews by itself while you use it. After 30 days without use, or after you press Disconnect on your Profile, connect again.
A report or an organization is missing. It sees only what your account can open in the app, with your role in each organization. Unless you name an organization, it reads the one you have open in the app: name it in your question, or switch to it in the app.
“This report is not available.” The report isn't one you can open, or it belongs to an organization you're not in. Check that you can open it in the app.
“Too many calls.” One person's AI tools can make 60 calls a minute. Wait the seconds it names and ask again.
It won't send or change anything. It only reads. Launch surveys, invite people and send reminders in the app; your AI tool can draft the text for you.
To disconnect, remove AI Adoption Score in your AI tool's settings, or press Disconnect on your Profile in the app, which ends every connected AI tool at once.
Signing in
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page, or sign in with a link sent to your email instead.
No email arrived? Check your spam folder, and that the address is the one your account uses. A link works once; ask for a new one if it has expired.
