The talk

In the Loop (opens in a new tab), n8n's first global conference, took place in Berlin on October 13 and 14. Roman was there, and six days later he opened the talks in Valencia with what he brought back: where n8n is heading next.

Roman has used n8n to automate Ralabs' internal operations for more than two years, and has consulted for enterprises in San Francisco. He builds AI and automation projects that combine n8n, MCP and custom applications, and has seen both what works and what gets hard once automation moves into a business's daily operations.

The workshop

Most n8n tutorials explain how the nodes work. This workshop was about how n8n is actually adopted inside businesses: from a business problem to a process, an automation approach, an n8n workflow and a working solution. The talks showed where deterministic automation works best, where AI agents make sense, and how the two combine in one system.

In AI Adoption Score

For teams that build on n8n, the n8n Skills Assessment (opens in a new tab) shows how well people really use it: a self-rating and three quiz questions in each of ten skill areas, a level from Beginner to Expert set by the quiz, and where people's confidence and their results differ.
